their tubeless setup was just announced like a week ago. their tubed setup is pretty legit. I've got a friend who's been running the tubed setup and he shreds HARD.
my LBS just became a dealer for them and sold out of the tubeless setup. I'm hoping to try it here pretty soon so I can compare it with my cushcore setup. It sounds very promising. The foam is pretty legit and seems like it can both hold the sidewall pretty well and provide rim protection. On top of that, much easier to install than cushcore.

 I'm looking at what dropper I want - found a Reverb for a decent price. Don't need anything fancy. Sort of a bummer my frame doesn't have internal routing.

I'd recommend literally anything else on the market before a Reverb.

LOL, noted. Literally just started browsing and saw that as the first one. Time to dive in to some reviews and find some deals.

    oh my.......

I think the latest generation of Reverb addressed previous woes. no word on their longetivity still though.
If you need external routing, take a look at pnw components Cascade dropper. Very well priced and recommended for external routing. I just installed one on a friend's bike. Really smooth.

Man, I liked the old one but the 2021 is the move. Love the added drop and the new "head" works so much better to attach to the rails.

Seriously one could have the cheapest bike but if it was kashima coated it would be legit haha.

Going from 150 to 175 was the best decision I made on my bike.

Man they are VERY specific, I can see why you would have a hard time tracking one down if they were out of stock.

What difference does seat post length make? Wouldn’t it only need all the way up and all the way down? Noob question.

With my 150 post, I felt that my seat wouldn't go down far enough. When collapsed, it was tall enough to be annoying. And I hated looking at that much actual seatpost sticking out of my frame.
New post collapses about an extra inch, which feels like a ton. Plus, I don't have to look at seat that much seat post being exposed.
Sounds pesky about the amount of seatpost exposed, but it really bothered me...
