I wanted OV Turbos but I’m in Cali so I need CARB so Magnuson it is

If I buy the kit before CARB how will that work once they get it? Will I get a CERT or something I keep with me for when I get smog? @Deo taco

 

Not here to defend op, but we haven't even seen a proper 0-60.

Making assumptions like this on a short clip without proper testing first just makes you seem like an ass

sad part is that will have to come from magnuson. i doubt i will every put one on a stock truck. this is definitely a im running out of mods part not a day one part

 

It would great if they did that, if it knows down 2 seconds that would be great.

Personally my truck is almost stock but considering SC/Turbo either on my current truck or a brand new sport.

The savings from not buying a pro are better redirected towards the power train imo lol

i did not see this. i am super sorry. but as of now the carb is pending. so cali is a no go till its approved.

 

What's the stock pulley size? Looks too big

 

thats also based on bottom pulley size.

 

carb approval is estimated to clear mid September. if you want a kit i can get you inline if you order. but its first come first serve line for the carb kits.

 

All the cali guys worried about the carb approval. You have many years before you truck needs to be smogged if you purchased it new from the dealer. I believe it is 10 years now. It will probably take magnuson 1-2 years before it gets the approval (not their fault it takes so long). As long as you use their tuning they should provide you with the carb sticker when available. When I got my carb sticker I had to email them my tuner serial # and my truck’s vin and they mailed me a sticker.

 

no they work with carb alot and thier timeline should be correct to get the EO. also its not just cali but the other 12 states that follow carb
