    Unsure. My boss is still looking into the details of converting me to a contractor at the end of the month. We allow 2 years maximum for contractors and she put me down for a year initially to not try and push things right now hoping that in the future policies change about working out of state and I can go full time employee again. I figure even if I only stay for a few month's and later decide I'm out then it's at least a few extra months pay that I would have gone without so I can't complain too much.
