Your downfall for most buyers is the access cab. My 13 double cab prerunner sold for 18500 back in 2017. Look at comparable models, both private party and dealers.

Does the water level on Lake Wylie fluctuate much during wet/drought times?

    Yes I've noticed that. :D

But I'll find the right buyer eventually. I'm in no rush.

GX470s are crazy expensive right now anyway. Waiting wouldn’t hurt.

I'm kinda looking outside of the dealership but also waiting until we trade in the right one. Hopefully a cheaper one that needs suspension, tires and such. Since I'll be replacing all of that anyways. If we trade in the right one, I'll finance it thru Lexus Financial until I sell the truck. Or if I sell the truck first, either want on one to get traded in or pay cash for one outside of the dealership.

Sitting on a nice sized pile of ash logs in the back yard for firewood now. :D Big honking pile of pine logs in the front yard getting hauled out one truck load at a time.

You mean the army of darkness that was strangling my front and side yards?

    Yup, sure did.

We are reclaiming probably 1/3rd of an acre at least from the pines and growth. The old dog run is mostly out now, too.

This was one giant stack of pine logs earlier today. I'm sure I could get the tree service co to drop a couple in the back yard for me, but for me and my dainty little chainsaws to log them up would be a pain in the arse. I need more chainsaw.

We have pine mulch forever now, though.

I’ve cut down 6 smaller trees in my yard. Really opened things up. Made the yard look a lot bigger

My wife and I always collect fatwood when we are outdoors. We bring a chunk of it when we're backpacking as a firestarter. Smells so good and this stuff will burn in the rain!

The end result will be ~45 pine trees all 80'+ and two ash trees removed. Half are dead or dying. Many cat faces... I'm pushing for a raised deck and a pool, but doubt I'll get it.

Looking at it right now I think we will leave it opened up. We have talked about planting some fruit trees there, though. I know my wife wants to go to town on some landscaping, and maybe some minor terraforming.

We call it bacon wood sometimes. Looks dead on the outside, but when you whittle into it, the resin makes it looks like bacon!
