I tend to disagree with the first. A cayman equily equipped will more than hang with a 911. It’s all about motor placement. They won’t hook the Cayman up because it would destroy their flagship

Yeah, age old mid vs. rear
Always loved Porsche and a 911 GT3 (RS) was a dream car of mine. Not a realistic Porsche but nice to think about.

Man, I remember going to the Porsche Rennsport Reunion in 2011. Never have I ever seen so many nice Porsches in one place. Was like a kid in a candy store just gawking at em all

 

The older 911 rear engine cars were bad about swinging out, if you could drive it wasn’t a problem. You had to gas out, if you let off or hit the brakes it was bad news.

 

Don’t get me wrong, I’m a hater. If I could have a 911 turbo of any year I’d be all over it. Instead I have a 2007 Cayman S with performance evhaust/headers and a tune. It runs and handles really well.

 

Yeah, just a bit of a learning curve with the rear engines.

Oh yeah. I mean I wouldn't say no to a Cayman lol

 

I really enjoy driving that car

Just finished up some haz material training. I had to take the quiz 7 times to get a passing grade. This new computer based training contractor needs to have their head examined on how they are setting up the training. I'm not the only one. Everyone is pissed how the training only makes you understand the material less. I've never seen such a shitty format.
