It does, I did a welding job for him on his combine shortly after I got engaged almost 11 years ago. Think I charged him $40, he paid me, I said here you gave me an extra $100, he said I know, that's for your wedding. I think he and his wife split and that didn't help his financial situation any.

 

And no emissions?

I scored the load below for $50 awhile back. Bought from a scrapper who didn't know what it was but knew it was worth more than scrap price.
