    No. To keep the nose holes moisturized so you don’t get a bloody nose.


    When my mom came out for the first time, I had a kit prepared. Sunscreen, moisturizer, nasal spray, eye drops, lotion, Benadryl. Luckily she already drinks a lot of water so I didn’t have to hound her there.


    We had a dude come to pick up 500sqft of tile a bit ago. Didn’t bring help, didn’t bring water. Must be new to Arizona. Beard and I had to help load 30 boxes at 115*. I told the dude I’d get him a mug of ice water to take on the 30 mile trek home, dude was pouring sweat. We carry 32 oz travel mugs if we leave the house. Dehydration is no joke.
