I'm dubious about the new Lunar Rock color, the reception I've seen has been lackluster. But I guess time will tell.

Thought the Army Green was exclusive to the Trail Edition? Interesting if you can get it on the other trims.

SoCal is a unique market, but he already has a handful of deposits for the Pro in lunar rock at $7500 over MSRP.

He said Army Green is an available color for all trims after the one year Pro exclusivity.

It was a color that was available in his build allocation so I assume so. ;) I only saw it because I initially thought it was cavalry blue and thought Toyota was bring it back :(

Pardon my ignorance, I am still new to Tacomas but what is a “barebones” TRD Pro? I thought they came with pretty much every option offered anyways?

I'd hard-pass on that one. Just wait it out. I got my 4x4 TRD OR cheaper than that. Just wait until all this crap blows over if possible. Try again this fall when the '21 hit the lot.

I paid $34,794 OTD for my quicksand 2020 OR DCSB MT, with no technology packages or extra accessories. Bought it about a month ago in Milwaukee. The dealership in Madison wanted over $1k for the same truck. Felt like I got a pretty good deal at the time.

    I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, that’s around MSRP for an SR5 V6 RWD.
It’s also very market dependent. Since the price difference between an OR and an SR5 isn’t that great, of course you got your OR for cheaper if you bought when there was inventory. Current times are different, if you get MSRP now, count yourself lucky.

Yes, Pros are loaded with pretty much all of the options, however, dealerships often add their own dealership options/add-ons to inflate their margins.

That is what I thought, thank you. I have a 2020 TRD Pro on order being delivered this month and wanted to make sure I fully understood.

2020 Limited 4X4 auto.........$41,536.38 OTD. I added some options but this was the OTD base price. I got 3 dealer prices within 60 miles. It should arrive 9/12/20.

I remember a few weeks back or so that there was discussion about getting the Toyota Platinum warranties for really cheap. Was that here in this thread? Just thinking I might want to possibly grab that and wanted to double-check I still had the right link - http://fd-warranty.com/index.html is what I saved. Also, was the person who sells these on TW where I should reach out through PM, or just use the site?

Hopefully I'm remembering the right thread and whoever posted it can confirm. Thanks!

Anyone in the Seattle/Tacoma/Olympia/North WA area also having trouble getting any of the dealers to budge off MSRP? Specifically looking for a TRD OR 4x4 AT DCSB in Cement or Quicksand. Only package I am interested in is the tech package and the premium audio. Been told by several that it is a "rare" or "high demand" build. I also contacted a car broker to see if they could do anything and they said the Tacoma is an "impossible truck" and "MSRP only" in Seattle. I was able to find someone that would work a little bit, but has some add-ons I am not too interested in.

2020 TRD OR DCSB 4x4 Auto in Cement
    Prem. Audio w/NAV
    LED with DRL and Fog
    Mudguards
    Tech
    All weather floor and door
    Blackout emblems
    TRD Exhaust
    Bed Step

MSRP: 43,391 (but KBB says 47.6k?)
    Offer: 42.4K

Seems high to me? Trying to see if they will toss in another accessory or two.

MSRP doesn’t seem right. That truck is fully loaded. You might wanna jump all over that one.

Is 42.4k the OTD price or just the msrp? If its OTD i'd say its not a bad deal considering I got quoted around $45k OTD for this build. If its the msrp price, you're right there with me :/
