Hmm that’s what I’m worried about. I will be running SPC UCA’s, get a cmc + pinch weld mod done, and also will be doing the “viper” cut or whatever guys are calling it. I bought 1.25 spacers just in case. Thanks guys!

My wheels are -12 offset and just barely clear my SPCs.

OP, do you think with the SPC UCAs that you can get away with doing the CMC only and not the pinch?

I run mine on FJ/4Runner OR wheels. Clear my UCAs no problems. Camburgs ball joints.

However at full lock I rub frame. So I put on my spacers 1.25s. Then I rub rear wheel well outside. The fender liner and flare. Did trim and heat gun. But probably need to just trim a good bit off.

So if I have a CMC already and am running the 285/70/17 KO2's and want to go to ridge grapplers in 285/75/17 on my Ray 10's 17x8.5 -12mm is there anything else I would need to do? I already have a 2.5" lift with a spacer to fix the sagging 887's , so i guess my biggest question is if the Ray 10's have a good enough offset.

CLEAN AF--- I'm a fan. My superwhite needs some all black rims and 285s--- what lift do you have to clear those?

If the offset is enough for the 285/70 then it will be fine for the 285/75. The tire is only getting taller, they both have the same width.

So this would be a 1” taller tire meaning the vehicle would sit 1/2 inch taller that it currently does ?

I wish they had a size like this for a 16" wheel.

I'm a huge fan of the 295/75/16 look...just hard to find a tire in that size. Just a tad wider and looks good with minimal offset. Probably gonna go that route.

Why would you swap away from the STMaxx if you only have 3k? Just curious because i'm looking at the Ridge Graps (have KO2's now) for my next tire. The STMaxx was one of the alternates I was looking at as well. Anyway, are you running a 285/75 right now?

just planning for the future. Fantasizing on my next tire size. Lol. I’d love to go 35’s next but might have to buy new wheels with a diff offset for that. So far I am very impressed with the st maxx I’m 285/75/16 which is a 32.9” in st maxx.
