I can’t find my torque wrench anywhere either. So it looks like I’m about to drive to Home Depot and get one of those super fancy digital ones lol

if it’s bought while the wife is still sleeping it doesn’t count right?

 

Ha, I still like the manual ones. I have three different ones now depending on size of the socket.

 

We will bring straps for when you roll over....

 

Oh, and maybe the battery works now. Reconditioned it for a day, charged it for a day and the charger went to off. Did a driveway test to run up to temp, left it sit - started. Checked charger after, and showed fully charged. If my alternator is screwed, I don't know why I would always be running 13.4 volts all the time. More checking.....

 

I like the manual ones as well. Just want to make myself feel better since I keep hesitating on buying my headers.

I plan to. Very soon. Like with 72 hours. I just talk myself out of it everyday because I want to do a full on SAI delete when I do it and I’m not confident I understand the reflash process or the O2 sim/light process yet. Reading and rereading before I do

Looks like output shaft seal on the transfer case is leaking

 

It's this little bugger. Takes a 30mm socket to take that driveshaft flange off then its right behind there. It's that brown round seal. You may also double check the fluid level in the t-case. It's unlikely, but I've had an overfilled trans leak through the output shaft seal too
