Would 285/70/r16 fit a stock 2015 Tacoma wheel

    Want to go bigger i have 265/70/r16 on stock wheels and was wondering if 285/70/r16 would fit?

    Dobinson mrrs Deaver leafs archive garage hammer hangers.
    Usually its 285 75 16s it typically with 285s you need lift and a cmc done and the right off set wheels to not rub.

    Cmc is cab mount chop. Plus if you.do aby kind of wheeling your.going.to.smash the pinch weld and trim plastic

    Cab mount chop and some finessing of plastics. But you can’t do it on stock wheels unless you put spacers on. Otherwise you need something with less backspacing

    I believe 285 is too wide for the stock 7" wheel. You will need at least 8". You will also need spacers as the offset of the stock wheels will cause you to rub on the uca. Then as other members have stated, cab mount chop and alot of trimming.

    Eibach Pro Stage 1 on 2nd clip, 3 leaf Icon AAL's in back.
    Absolutely need proper offset wheels to fit.
    Then just get out the torch and hacksaw and cutoff anything they hit. More or less.
