    ^ So much this...

I was looking to do itre/otre and a new rack cause my steering was so sloppy. Did the tack weld mod and put a spacer in there (per video by @Timmah!). Made the steering feel like new and didn't have to drop $1000 in parts.

I’m familiar with the tack weld mod but any links to rack guide and spacer?

You put a small shim or spacer in the tilt ball. @Timmah! used an old oil container and so did I. Worked great! See below...

Can't believe I didn't do this sooner. It's night and day! No more knocking side to side. Hopefully less wandering and constant correcting once I get it aligned again.

Did a little thing my dad did the center caps and I did the rims. The tool box in the bed I got for free from a 2013 tacoma on offer up, it cleaned up nice with a pressure wash and some trim restore.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
Most of the AGM options fit like that, I have a @Coupe bracket which has adjustable edges to grip the battery better.

This is on my old truck, cause I don't really take pics of the new one, but you get the idea, the things that trap the sides of the battery can be moved and locked into new positions.
