How will you run that big sub? Custom box behind the seats? I looking for more bass than just 8’s but if I go bigger I’ll probably run a sub on the seat.

Temporary setup until I get the box for 2 JL 10's. A bit loud sitting in the back seat. Lol

 

Are you going to pull out the single back seat for the box? Pretty much the only way you're gonna get the volume and mounting depth needed for the VXF.

 

I'm actually thinking of going up to 12" for my 3gen - suggestions? Need to go on driver side

How’s it sounding ? What amp you running?

 

I’m running the jl 1200.1 hd. It’s amazing, without the processor it sounded like crap but once I installed a processor and components it’s night and day difference. Everyone who listens to my setup wants to get better audio setups

 

Which processor did you use?

 

This one was pretty much a pnp option and easy to install, did have to cut oem amp wires but not a biggie for me

 

Oh I see, an OEM integration type-thingy.

 

How much did that set you back?

 

I assume you had to lose the seat backs and shim the rear seats to get them in? Just out of curiosity.. were the rear vents removed to install the deadener?
