    How did you handle the infamous clear coat deterioration on this year? My hood and cab were so horrible when I sold, but your truck looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor!

    Here is my 95 1/2 Tacoma. It was purchased by my father who gave it to my son as his first vehicle. At that time it had 46,000 miles showing, when my son went away to college he was told that if he kept his scholarships for 2 years he would get his mothers four-runner. That meant I then inherited the Taco which now has 94,000. Everything with the exception of the tool box in the bed came with the truck from the dealer. Oh and the sound system that my son and I installed that he did not transfer to the four-runner. Which means that as a 58 year old I can at my discretion deploy 400 watts of music by way of 2 - 12 inch speakers. This as you might expect creates quite a bit of confusion at stoplights.

    Lifted (not sure of height), Falken RockyMountain 285/75/16 tires, unsure of wheel details, auto leveling kit, moded to HID H4 headlights from previous owner. Recently Upgraded to LED headlights.
    Here's mine. (Just finished putting new seat covers on, upgraded instrument cluster bulbs, gear shifter bulb, glove box and installed some speakers fast tings on front speakers (so far)...

    When I bought it wrecked. Fixed it. Then rolled it. Then fixed it. After chopping the frame in half and stretching it to fit an extra cab that was given to me. And where it sits today.

    This is my 2002 Prerunner V6 with 67,000 miles (real) Unmodified, unmolested, adult driven (am 63 y/o) Zero rust (lives in dry California since day 1) Sometimes I wish I had a more recent 4Runner 4x4 instead, but it would be difficult to find one in as good condition as this Tacoma.
