So back in early 2016, I had my headlight assemblies replaced as part of the TSB for the DTRL melting issue. I just noticed it's started again on both.

I pulled my paperwork for the newer assemblies and the part #'s are:

    RH 81110 - 04173
    LH 81150 - 04173

Would anyone know if these are the part #'s for the assemblies for which the issue was supposedly fixed?

    Any help is appreciated.

If they aren't replaced at no cost, I don't think I'll be buying new ones quite yet as they aren't too bad at the moment. If they get worse, I'd probably replace on my dime.

Thank you! If I end up needing to purchase myself, I'll reach out for sure.

Made it to the dealership this afternoon and spoke with and showed my Service Advisor my documentation (TSB and my service record). Clearly explained the situation. They made copies. Service Manager was not there today. I should hear something tomorrow.

Well they're pushing back some since it's been 4 years. I articulated clearly "If the proper parts were installed, we wouldn't even be having this discussion."

    I may contact Toyota directly.
