    22" Kettle Premium

I might be getting a little 18" one. Won't be my main cooker, so size shouldn't be an issue. But I do like the easy clean out with the Premium.

I’ll tell you what, I used to cook on a collapsible 14” with no vents or air circulation. By the time the charcoal was ready for a cook, it was basically choked out. In a tiny, cheap apartment, every tool needs to be versatile

    This grill changed my life.

    Hey ya'll

I just moved to the area. Aubrey to be exact. I have a silver 2015 TRD OR Access cab. Stock with no plans of lifting or anything like that. I have debadged it. I used to wrench for a living. I do not have my tools anymore but I am willing to help.

I am looking for a good BBQ joint (mom and pop kind of place) that is in my area. If anyone can point me in the right direction. Would be much appreciated.

I am also a HAM Radio operator.

    See ya around,

    Scott

Welcome to DFW. Not sure on whats out by you. Closest I could recommend is Hutchins in McKinney. I've heard of a few other places but can remember anything except that one was in Frisco. @Tundra2Play might know of something in Denton.

Welcome. Best BBQ you’ll ever eat is at the shack; invite only, but he doesn’t run out.

    Welcome

There's Smokehouse BBQ in Lindsey, but I'm not super familiar with what's up near you.

    Taking notes.

I'll check it out and see if there is anything major wrong with it other than square footage. It's still a Weber with their classic kettle shape, so I would imagine it's ok, but who knows.

I’m sure you could use in a 1200 sq. ft. + living quarters with proper ventilation. Let the dirty smoke pour out before you slap meat on the grill. Couches will be ready for sauce in no time.

Maybe I don’t understand your concerns.

It sounded like you were trying to talk me out of the small weber.

No kidding. I'm worn out from the weekend. Yesterday was my first day knocking on doors for the Census Bureau. 7 hours walking in 100+ heat and I had to change my shirt like 4 times. Knocked on 66 doors and only 5 people answered. But, I should have enough for a bumper in no time.

They pay per hour and Sunday is premium paid at +25%. They just send me a bunch of addresses and I have to get as many done as I can. No one is watching me, but they can track the iphone they issued. I was just walking around in the apartment complex where I live and one across the street. I'll be working a few hours tonight just knocking on the same doors that didn't answer yesterday. Hope they don't answer again, so I can get paid to go back tomorrow.
