The module sit right on top of the tweeter, but there are holes on the sides to allow for sound to pass through.

If you have stock tweeters, they are trash anyways, the HUD may even make your music sound better.

I had some stiffeners from At the Helm that I wasnt really happy with due to how bulky they were on the bottom compared to some other brands and just haven't gotten around to buying slimmer replacements.

I can't take credit for the location of the BS panel, I've seen others on here that did it first!

Installed Timbren bumps in the rear with their U-bolt flip kit, with a little help from my friends (gotta start them early). Gained 1.5" more ground clearance at that location. Previous was 12", post 13.5".

yeah i know where you're coming from the switches being offset don't really bother me as of yet. keyword yet.
Granted i was rather limited with my options on what i wanted and what was visually pleasing to me.the switch set is actually a OEM part from Ford/ Motorcraft so it was either 6 switches or the 4 switch version that's found on older ford models which work the same way. just don't like the look of it all too much.
    upload_2020-8-17_10-45-53.jpg

i went with the 6 switch to tie into my aux fuse box, but mostly I was fed up with my only other options being the switch pro style tablet-like interface or the rather tacky looking rocker switches.

Hey Goatfrog. I had that issue when I moved my BSM switch over in place of my Qi charging switch (never use it). So the stock OEM switches that come on the truck have little ridge on the sides, and they are in different places depending on what switch it is. The stock panels on the truck have little notches in different places that these ridges slide into, so a switch with a ridge pattern that doesn't match that channel pattern in the panel won't go in. When companies like MESO make their aftermarket custom panels, they just max out all those notches so any switch will fit into them.

When I moved my BSM switch over, I discovered the patterns didn't match, so I had to take a dremel tool, and very carefully open up a notch on the panel, so the switch would slide it. It's a pretty easy job, once you realize why the switch isn't going in, and what plastic you need to remove, and the part you're cutting out is covered by the switch when it's installed.

So, if you ever run into that problem adding, or moving switches around, there it is.

I got it off Amazon, ha. It was a little difficult drilling a hole in the glove box and it's not perfect but it works.

Here is the cable I used: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071FLR88M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

I just popped the OEM one out of the front. Plugged this extension into it and left it behind the dash. Then drilled a hole in the glove box and mounted it.

Looks like it to me as well. The reason why I just bought an HUD and put it on the dash centred in front of the stearing wheel.

Nice work. Do you have a kit# or part numbers for the rear disc brakes?

No rubbing so far. I do have CMC, pinch welds smashed, and a 6112 2inch lift.

Thanks. Im 2" lifted as well, ill plan on cmc and pinch weld smash if necessary. You feel a big difference in truck response? I dont expect larger tires to move the same way as smaller, lighter tires but i was curious.
