    I called icon and they said anything under 2” will not be the best for ride quality IDK

    You can look into a longer spring (I think you have a 13" spring and they make a 14 inch spring or stiffer spring rate... go up to the 700 springs
    The longer spring is a debatable topic as it has the same rate and some say it needs to be compress with preload just as far as you have now.

    That is confusing. So 93% preload is what they recommend? I suspect a miscommunication. Go find some Icon threads and ask there. See what others are running. I dont run Icons.
