Too many to list, and I've probably forgotten a bunch.
My 2014 is possessed. V6/6MT. 3 years ago, up in the mountains, it popped a P219A (I think, I know it was P219x). Cleared it, no problems after.

Yesterday, it popped a P219A and P219B (for sure, grabbed the codes). Cleared them, drove another 20 miles, checked again in Minden, 219A was pending. Drove home, still pending. Let the truck sit a couple of hours, took it for a long drive on 580, then a bit around town. Code cleared (no MIL, no pending, no permanent) on its own.

Posts on TW seem thin about 219x codes. Anyone here ever dealt with them? Truck runs fine otherwise, only has 41k on the clock, plugs changed once at 29k. Or maybe it's just another example of Toyota's outstanding ECM software 'design' in practice? Lol

There were a couple of these 70 pickups in the boneyard of a mine I worked at here in Nevada. They had diesels and were just beautiful. But they could not sell them. To import them they signed a contract they would only be driven on the mine and could never be sold. I figure they got scrapped. Mechanics said they ran but underground work was too rough on them and they spent to much time in the shop. I found that a bit odd since I have been in South America a lot and they pretty much exclusively use Toyota trucks at the mines. I wonder if there was some sabotage going on. Miners hate anything not Ford or Cat.

Seen stuff like that out at the track between Ft. Churchill and Dayton. Name escapes me at the moment, but all sorts of military vehicles and a good assortment of spiffy LCs. Oh to get my hands on some of that stuff...like a damn kid in a candy store.

Hey everyone...just got my first ever Tacoma and I'm stoked. None of the mods are from me, but I definitely want to add my own. Had this thing for just over a month and I'm in love - I don't think I'll ever own anything but a Tacoma ever again. I'm down in S. Reno btw

Yeah that place is pretty cool. It looks like some kind of testing facility. They look to have a bunch of different types of terrain built out to test the vehicles.

Ah! I didn't know it was civilian stuff too. I wonder what companies use the facility. Found a cool blurb about it on google: "85% of every type of the world's terrain is within a 150-mile radius of NATC in Lyon County, Nevada."

So question about light bars to my fellow Nevadans. Whats the proper way to measure these things? I was given a straight one as a gift and was told it was 50 inches so I of course didn't measure the damn thing and bought some 50 inch mounts from BattleBorn down in Vegas. The glass/plastic lens itself looks to be 50" but I'm starting to wonder if it's really a 52".

Do I measure from the very edges of the bar or should I be measuring just the lens?

It varies. The cheap China bars seem to measure from the ends of the mounting bolts. The higher end bars will measure just the light itself.

Oddly enough, I bought a few lights from SuperBrightLed's a while back. I've abused the shit out of them and they keep working. I'm sort of surprised. Also, given the price, if one falls down a mine shaft, I really don't give a crap. :)

Anyone have any good concrete references? Starting the process of building a garage and need a 500sq ft foundation plus another 2000sq ft or so of drive way and patio.

I’ve called about 5 places and sent them exactly what I need and have only gotten a quote from 1 and it was about $35k for everything which seems high.

And for anyone that got concrete work recently what did you end up paying per sq ft?

Interested as well. My neighbor just had Action Concrete do some work and was very happy with the results and price. But not sure what he paid per square foot. I tried contacting them to get a quote and never heard back.

I called and sent Action my plans yesterday so I’ll see if I hear back. It’s always frustrating dealing with construction and trades. They never seem to want to take my money. Even if they don’t want the work a response back saying that would be nice.

Word. I called around to some fiberglass repair shops to have them work on my front fenders. Each shop pretty much told me it's an easy job and I can do it myself. Thing is - fiberglass fucking sucks and I hate working with it. If it's an easy job, why don't they just take my money?!

Granted I'm out in Fallabama but I had a 30x40 metal building done with excavating, concrete and sub-panel (house to building only) run with some extra concrete to attach the patio to the building and it ran me just over $40. Not sure how that applies to Washoe Cty but it's a number.
