If you can avoid the 1" block that would be best. Blocks can break, crack, pop out while wheeling.

It took a little patience to do. I used a Pulman gear puller with two teeth and a 1 1/8th socket to do the job. It fits near perfect over the bushings. I hat to use a large crescent wrench to fit over the open end of the socket to press it out. I’ll post a pic of what I’m talking about. But once i figured it out, yes, it was easy.

Adding the overload leaf won’t hurt the ride at all. Lots of people do it with no ill effects. I’m not sure it’ll make up the 2” difference from front to back, tho. I believe it’ll raise the back about an inch.

The overload leaf will have no impact on ride quality due to the fact that it does not change the spring rate. All it will do is lift the rear by the actual thickness of the leaf itself, which is about half an inch.

Do you have a specific question? Mounting the reservoirs is really straight forward. The drivers side goes towards the rear and the passenger side goes towards the front.

Yeah. How are the mount's attached to the frame. The instructions show bolting it to the frame, but since there are no mount points, I'm assuming I'll have to drill the frame? Is that correct, & if so what type of bit do I want?

The reservoir clamps mount to the frame using an existing hole. You simply used the supplied mounting hardware and attach them, no drilling necessary.

That is incorrect. I had mine in at first then took it out. Let me explain. On the street where the spring is not being compressed much then the ride is essentially the same BUT if you suddenly compress the leafs a lot then as they bend against the OL they rebound more abruptly then if they are not there. Why most knowledgeable offroad shops will tell you to leave it out. Depending on the set you have the load carrying will be increased with the aals. (I heard the icon set is kinda wimpy? The set I have lifted it 2" without the OL) I tow a trailer with about 500lbs tongue plus gear albeit with a WD hitch no problems. I've been running the Deaver AALs with the Tsb spring set (no OL's)for around 6 years including trips to Death Valley and many hard offroad runs without an issue. The OL are only there because the standard spring set Toyota used in these trucks are a joke. Unless your carrying heavy loads all the time leave them out. So much better off road without them.

Anyone running these without a swaybar? What spring? I’m on 5100s and they feel extremely soft. I know I’m not on a swaybar but I’m thinking of going with 6100s on #650 or #700lb springs to help a bit with the sway.

I have the 650lb spring and no sway bar, you do still have a little sway but it doesn't bother me.

That's freakin awesome, I'm easily on 14k miles on the 5100s and the sway is getting ridiculous. Scares the shit out of me to drive past 65mph
I might shoot for #650 then since I have no additional weight upfront.

Currently I am running the 600lb springs that come with the 6112's without the sway bar. It's not bad, but it does dive into turns pretty good. I wouldn't say its "scary" (I've gone 85mph for about 70 miles without feeling uncomfortable), but I am mindful of it though. I want to get the 650lb springs though to help with sway. It rides way better after removing the sway bar!!! Though I have a TRD Sport which has a thicker sway bar than the Off Road and SR5.

On my 2015, I am running 700# springs and no sway bar. I have a bumper and a winch, so there is extra weight up there.

The truck drives fine - there is a little additional roll that you may detect if you are looking for it. It's not a big deal. I have had to perform several "emergency" maneuvers, and never noticed the lack of sway bar. The truck handles fine.

And, the ride is much better without the sway bar.
