Well from lurking and taking in all of this forums insights I feel like a more informed investor. I still have a Blackrock that is really just out of my hands so to speak.

Well I wasn’t even counting her. If I tried to retire now, she wouldn’t be passive and would probably be gone.

Jokes aside though, I just try to show people how easy this stuff is. Everyone has heard about the janitor who died with $8 million. If you have discipline, and are lucky enough to live an average length life, you should have millions at the end.

Target up 8% in pre-market. Now I'm up over 80% on it. Keep buying that dorm room furniture and whatever else the sell there people!

That’s what I’m working on too, but with a couple rentals. I have one that only has $60k left on the mortgage and it currently brings $1400 a month in rent. After that, I have my house I’m currently living in which I can rent out for around $2600 a month but I have an $1800 mortgage bill on it.

Good luck with the rentals. I think I could make more that way, but with more headaches, so I have pretty much decided against it. If you can handle it, you can retire quick and comfortably.

I like some of the headaches...I love working with my hands so I’d rather be changing out a water heater than writing a report for work. I haven’t had any bad tenants yet but I’ve been anal about my background checks before renting

I am in at around $70 I think. I was buying it with a 4% yield. I don't want to buy it now, even though I probably should.

Edit: Looks like about $78, must have driven it up with recent purchases.

Dang. I’m at 92. I can’t add at this price right now. If it’s still sitting above 140 in a month then I’ll be ok with it

All this talk on leveraged funds got me back into UCO at the bell. Crude inventories get released in 45 minutes. If they beat I make money. If they don't I loose money. Either way I'll be out of that trade today. Just like how you are supposed to trade 3x funds. lol

NVDA reports after the bell as well. The next 8 hours are going to be stressful. lol

I just looked back at old transactions. I was buying TGT in the $60's back in 2018. If I had only known..

Yea, if only. I started in the 70’s in 2016, so without looking I’m sure I added in the 60’s at some point and 80’s at some point. But I was paying 100-110 last year and back in the spring also. Most I paid is 121 in June. Another couple years hopefully I’ll feel like an idiot for not buying a bunch at 150

The talking heads on CNBC just said AAPL reached $2 trillion, and is almost as big as the German Stock Exchange. Would be top 10 stock exchange if it stood alone. That's crazy.
