And did you just cover the bolts with it? Or actually put some in the rivnut?

 

What are you doing with the +2 fenders?How badly smashed are they? I was thinking about getting some and local to OC as well.

 

I had a ‘16 and traded it for a ‘17. 14 months after trading for the ‘17, I got rid of it and bought a ‘10. Im happier with the 2nd gen for sure!

Sold them the day after I took them off, had about 5 people hit me up in less than a few hours

 

I use 5200 often and it's amazing stuff. I had to learn to be careful in applying it since it sticks like heck to everything and things can get out of hand fast. I seal spear gun parts with it and it keeps things air tight down past 100' in the water. For cleanup, alcohol, but I'm sure you know that already.

 

Built a bed platform, driving to Utah after work tonight with the girlfriend. Gonna go work remotely out there for a couple months at her family’s ski condo.

 

No matter how hard I try, I just do not like the 3rd gens. Yeah, I test drive a new one when they come out every year. But, it’s just not for me. I plan on keeping my 2015 for the rest of my life. I love the damn thing. And here’s what Scotty has to say....

Haha, I hear ya! The 2nd gen is so much peppier than the turd gen. There were and I think still too many issues with the 3rd gen. Gotta listen to Scotty!

 

Picked up this mid-rise camper shell today!

I had a 17' too and now with a 14'. Drivetrain and software drove me nuts. I liked everything else about it.

 

Ive heard so many people talk about that issue. My 3rd gen was my first automatic I've ever bought so I guess I never knew how it is / was different or worse. Seems fine to me but that's just me.

 

Added a TRD aluminum cover for my Volant CAI, complements of Coupe.

Totally unnecessary expense, and now looking for a reason to drive around without a hood.

When I found out this existed, I knew I had to have it. Thanks Coupe.
