thanks man! I used a simple cut off wheel and took my time. i found that make plung cuts first and then riding along the line made cleaner cuts and easier to control.

Specs: 2016 TRD Sport with King 2.5, deaver expedition leaf pack, 285/70/17 KO2
Bumper Type: BAMF HC (no swing outs) w/ kickouts

    Additional Info:
OEM Bumper heights were 19.5" to hitch/lowest point, 25" outter portion and 23" to bottom of rear fender flare.
BAMF Bumper heights were 25" to hitch/lowest point, 27" outter portion and 26.5" to bottom of where rear fender flare used to be

Basically 5" gained from hitch area and 2-3" gained everywhere else on the bumper.

I measured using the top of the bed 2x4 method and seemed eot be the most accurate way to measure. Cut off wheel and taking your time will give you the cleanest cuts and allows you more control than a small dremmel or sawzaw. Fitment was spot on and the mount holes give you enough wiggle room to adjust and get everything perfectly level. i'll add more info and posisbly make a new thread for more updates from other owners but i wanted to get this information out there for everyone else who is getting ready to do theirs and needed that extra boost of confidence to measure and cut etc.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.

Nice info you also might of dropped 1/4" or so with the added 100lb weight difference.

you can honestly get the same thing on McMaster Carr for cheaper and they have a ton of options. i just happened to use this stuff becuase i had it on hand from a prior project and it honestly looks better than a semi jagged cut line lol

I finally got to install mine though I haven't gotten to go anywhere fun yet. One thing I was wondering this whole time was what do the rub rails look like from a distance?

    Well here's the answer... awesome.
