    By the way.... the FDA just rejected BioMarin's gene therapy for hemophilia. It'll be interesting to see how they respond to these gene therapy "vaccines" for Covid

    They maintain change of address data...they stopped publicizing the data after the NYT article in may...and now their big concern isn't the empty city...it's the census...all those people who fled are not there to be counted so that cuts all their govt aid an # of Reps...NYC has had over 500,000 change of address requests since march

    Now people will tell you data doesn't support the hypothesis that people are fleeing..but what they are missing is that people ALREADY had a second home and that's where they went. So you're not going to see an increase in home sales at destinations beyond the already high demand...There were over 400,000 NYC residents that left for an already owned 2nd home...and now most of the wealthy areas of NY are empty. At night there are no lights on...and these people will not renew leases...

    My buddy retired a few years ago and is moving to NC at the end of the month. Selling his 900k house in the Bay Area and purchased a 500k place on a golf course that’s 1000 sqft larger.

    SO $1,000 of BCDA on the IPO is worth $1.85 today (Lots of splits)..maybe for a 6m to 1yr play you could 2x your value...but Long term? I think AAPL MIGHT be a better option...
