Does anyone have any experience with Rave Offroad? I've been trying to weigh my options with a roof rack and came across this company but no info from you guys.

I like the colored LED accents it has on the front and both sides. I am curious what brand that light bar is, which I've already messaged them about.

    Thoughts?

    :bump:

Dang... Was hoping someone had experience with them. I'm really digging the LED accents (red TRD). They did respond to let me know the lead time currently is 2-3 weeks and the light bar is from the same distributor as Cali Raised.

I might pull the trigger...my only concern is wind noise and mpg loss. I'm on a trip now and noticed I barely go above 70 mph anyway... which is when people complain about the noise. Ya perhaps stupid things to care about but I care when I take 1-2 8hr trips a month. I've already taken a hit with 3in lift, ko2s, and roof top tent.

The design is pretty slick. Yea that light bar is all over. I think it’s pretty cheap on Amazon too.
I just might bite on it also. Then see if adding the Uptop extra side panels will work.

Hm, I don't think I'd do the turn signal on the roofrack, but using the kit somewhere else might be interesting.

Ya I wasn't planning on turn signal but maybe as always running. Or just when I have the headlights on.

I love their roof rack and 43in light bar. You can get TRD, RAVE, or a custom word for the sides and front deflector. It costs roughly the same as other roof racks, but I prefer this design's sharp edges over some of the other racks such as prinsu. Also, I'm not a fan of buying something that 90% of every other tacoma has, such as a PRINSU roof rack. Quality is EXCELLENT and very straightforward install.

I even mentioned to them that I would like my rack to arrive before a camping trip I had planned, so they made sure it shipped out in time for it to arrive before I needed it!

Hey everyone, please reach out if you have any questions about these! We launched RAVE back in February and have had a great year so far. We’ve got some additional products coming in the future so stay tuned. I don’t get on TW very often, best way to contact me is through the website contact page. It’s great to hear that you are loving the rack.

First of all, good for you and congrats on getting a business up and running ! No easy task ! I wish you all the success !

Question for you, if you don't mind. Do you have install instructions available on the roof rack? I know it is probably an easy install for a Tacomaholic but for simple folks like me with limited mechanical skills, it would be helpful to get the details on your brackets and the actual install process. That would be much appreciated.

    :)
