Just wanted to mention how pleased I am with the DSM and short stubby 17mm ball. As well as the customer service. I know it takes a while sometimes for a reply, but they are very helpful. I wanted to order a DSM with the short stubby mount instead of the 1" ball. No problem, but I screwed up the order. I contacted TG and they sent out the 17mm mount and told me not to bother sending the 1" ball back. Very nice people to deal with, just be patient as like the rest of the world nothing seems to happen quickly.

Ah! yes, guess I left that off there. I'm using the 1" RAM double socket arm. I tried the longer one before settling on 1" length. Definitely the way to go.

Thanks! I actually ended up ordering a mount from Trackform that mounts directly to the 1” ball that comes with the DSM. Wanting to be as sleek and low profile as possible. If that doesn’t work I’ll definitely go with that arm.

 

So whats the average wait time now? Ordered on the 3rd and haven't heard a peep other than my auto generated email when I purchased. Since I ordered on a Monday thought it would ship last Friday as it says on the site, but maybe it will ship tomorrow?

You heard anything? Ordered on 3 August and have sent emails, not amy feedback and almost ready to check out the competition even though its more as its been almost 3 weeks with no feedback or responses:/

 

I ordered on Aug 1st and nothing yet.

 

Someone in another thread said that they are out of stock of the 1 inch balls, even though it doesn’t reflect that on the website. So I think that is what’s causing the holdup.

Edit: Heard from them today and they said they were expecting more 1” balls in the next few days and would start shipping orders ASAP once those are received.

 

Shipping on mine took a really long time. When I emailed questions about it, I did get a fairly fast response though.

The wait sucks, sucks more that the website isn't kept up to date. The DMM is awesome though when you finally get it.

 

Has anyone had their order fulfilled recently for one of the multi mounts? I know they are behind ( i though only a week according to online ) but i am now going on 3 weeks waiting for my order to be shipped. I ordered back on Aug 1st and have not heard anything since.

Edit - nevermind just read a few post above mind. Seems they are further behind then just a week

 

Hey I actually talked to them on the phone yesterday. Awesome guy and very helpful. I was told that they are waiting on some more 1” balls and that’s why they’re backed up. So if your order included one of those, that’s why. He said they should be in any day.

 

Mine shipped!!! Ordered on the 3rd, got an email Thursday and shipped today. Was getting worried but all good now can't wait!
