    does anyone have any knowledge if oem 3gen mats and tonneau cover will fit a 2nd gen?

    Can't help you there. I do know there are differences within the '05-'15 run. Don't know about the 3rd gen floor mats. Go to the Husky or Weathertech site and look up mats for the years you're considering swapping between.
