    Well, besides the below. I cooked it at 200 overnight and then bumped up to 220 instead of just doing 220-250 cooking temp. I think the slower and lower helped out maybe. I dunno.

    I like these overnighters cuz I can put them on at 200 and still have time to finish em off the next day. Gonna have to do this more often. Sure beats gettin up at the ass crack of dawn
