    I can't say shit really, my birthday ended up being my at work Friday since the baby has been dealing with a virus and fever since then...working from home but everyday like that is Friday for me since I don't have to drive 1.5hrs each day!

    These were faded so BD reached out to me to ask if I wanted new ones for free under warranty. I said sure and got around to swapping them out. Of course on the last one I round out a bolt. No match for my welder though.

    Thanks, I do that for cmc’s too. I use my normal vice grips on the back of the cab mount so it really bites into the metal, through the paint. Then clamp my ground to that. Works like a charm.

    well that’s darn smart. I’m a step behind....

    I have only done 3 CMCs at this point, but I have been grounding to the filler plate and moving it as I weld.
