Found 22ga. wire for my navigation install.
Going outside in a few to drop the blower motor. Vibration (not bad) at higher speeds so there has to be something in there.

Are you going to disable the secondary air injection system? I guess you could put a block off plate on or install a set of headers since the ‘06 computer doesn’t see it.

You didn't save the parts when you took it off? I got a big ol box of "factory parts" collecting dust.
I am keeping the sway bar and all hardware in case I do end up towing regularly. (looking into some kind of camper for the future)

Yeah I guess i threw out the brackets and bushings when i took it off 5 years ago. And the boots on the end links are torn too, probably from being stored and moved shops a few times. Keep everything! lol

New sway bar, $150. Not tripping over the sway bar while it sat on the floor of the shop, priceless.

@outxider And let’s be honest it looks a bit more badass with the flares. Man I was thinking of changing mine too bc i love the look of flares and would love them paint matched. Are u leaving them black ?

A few mods here and there and counting....
Yes, they are staying black. They are textured. If i've gotten the smooth ones, then i would of opted for paint, but really didn't want to shell out the money for body work. Black texture flares it is.

Pan as of now is to swap the passenger side valve cover from the 2006 onto the new engine, get some kind of long tube headers and block off the holes with a plate on those

As a 37 year seasoned sailor, I can second the 5200 is PERMANENT and will not leak between whatever it adhered to... and can be really messy so plan ahead!

    Never enough
Upgraded tires to pizza cutters. Went from 265/70/17 (31.6") KO2s to 255/80/17 (33.3") Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Love the way they look! Really fill out the wheel well properly. No rubbing on flat ground but I have a feeling I'll have to ditch the front mud flaps at least. Ill do some testing later.

Wired up all but the Rear Cam anytime switch and the leftmost switch that I have decided what to do with. Got all the lower LEDs tapped into the dash light dimmer circuit.
