Whoever said that’s an easy ten minute mod can suck it! My driver side bolt wouldn’t go back in for shit had to break out the equalizer “3’ pry bar” and twist the core around till the bolt dropped in hope this fixes my pop.

Just cooling off from that quick mod, it’s humid out. Been painting doors the past three evenings when I got off nice to switch it up.

Yea it’s that or the shock mounts, or uniballs. Always something.

Snapped these pics earlier this week. One of our Fire/Rescue guys at work got it from his elderly neighbor after her husband passed away. 20,000 miles. The pictures don't do it justice. This thing is super clean.

Thought I’d post so after I wrapped up with the truck at the farm I was on my way home and it was pouring rain. Got off an exit to get gas and hydroplaned in my corolla onto a curb it was like 6-7 inches off the ground. Luckily it was right at the gas station. My car was locked up and first thing that went through my head was it’s toast. Well the guys next door at Zaxby’s heard it and came out to try and help me get it off the curb. Problem was it wouldn’t start because of a safety feature and steering whee was locked up. Car was high centered on frame. Called a tow truck and got back in that to find out it would start now. No lights on dash by some miracle. So guy in dodge pulls me off my frame with the shittiest ratchet strap ever. Drove home and looked under car and only thing I can tell is a bent bracket. No damage otherwise and car drive straight as an arrow as if it never happens. God was for sure looking out for me tonight. Saved me $118 bucks for a tow. I thought my DD was about to need some major work but seem like I escape with barely a scratch on the car.

Glad no body damage, hopefully the bent bracket can be bent back or replaced easily.

I headed down to gulf coast early today and while going thru Montgomery they're doing some road work. Well the 'fast lane' is dangerous AF right now before and after bridges - might be all lanes but I was in left lane. Also glad I didn't remove swaybar yet, one of the dips after the bridge was extremely violent @70. Made good time tho - Sterrett to Biloxi is 4hr 45min with estimated 4hr 30min !
