    I'm almost certain you can add compression adjusters retroactively, and would assume that's how it's done. Definitely agree on the valving, and probably played a role in the harsh decompression. They were valved for 600 from King and that was never changed.

    Seeing as this is your first experience with Kings on your truck and you went right to 700, you don't know any different. I was in the same boat. I was like "yeah this rides nice but with all the hype around Kings I expected better." Dropping to a lighter coil weight blew my mind a little.

    honestly I wanted to have ADS, but I’m happy with these. And very happy with the amount of factory support for them. Knowing what I know now, I’m glad I have kings. Very easy to source parts for them.

    I believe that 100%. Being able to swap the coils myself gives me the freedom to experiment, so I might do that.

    I like the idea of running 14x600 with compression adjustment.

    Make a WTB thread on here and see if anyone has some lightly used ones. A lot of people swap to a heavier coil and have their takeoffs. I got my pair for $110 shipped and they were pretty much brand new.

    Yeah, I only use it for offroading so it usually only sees Mountain roads and trails, with the weight of my truck it's not over sprung, a lighter spring would need to much preload for me.

    ooof, I just looked at it closer. So you'd need qty 2, you'd also need new resis for the threaded top, and you'd need more shims too.

    edit: That's also for a 2" shock I think, you'd need a 2.5

    They do ride better and the softer springs I would think have more or better articulation offraoad.

    That was another pro I forgot about. The softer coils articulate a lot easier when crawling. It's quite nice.

    Yes, my Samurai I don't carry anything but a small tool bag and the armor is maybe 200 pound total so I have the springs just strong enough to hold up the weight, it has good flex but my Tacoma is loaded down with weight.

    I didn’t get clickers with my 600# extended CO but from my research into it I can add them later for around $500. I do not have extra weight up from but I have not preloaded mine at all yet. Lots of room to adjust still. I really like the ride. The ride is much better than old stock springs. Eats up bumps and rough terrain.

    Sliders are mostly done. Went with a bolt on setup and improved upon the design of my previous sliders. These are much stronger.
