    Should take that flank steak and do a quick sear on it then a habanero sauce then wrap in bacon next time. Totally off the charts. You will love it.

    Also can sear The flank steak, lay all your peppers, cheese or what ever you want and roll tightly and tie with butchers twine.
    Cook till done and slice.
