I know I'm gonna start an internet fire here, but here it goes: What is a 2015 Pro supercharged worth?

I have a collector car policy for my Z, which is awesome, and they offered to cover my other cars as well. Of course I feel my DD's are worth more than what they say, but I'm curious on your thoughts on a 2015 Tacoma TRD Pro with a supercharger. KBB private party says $25,379. That makes me want to throw up. The stated value on my new policy will write it at $32,305. Personally, I think it's worth more, but that's just me. Thoughts?

 

How many miles?

insurance valued my 2014 Baja with about 74k miles at $27k and some change. So assuming your miles are similar, that sounds about right give or take a bit

 

Aren’t the superchargers $3-$5k aftermarket? Assuming mileage is low and you truck was in good condition, I’d happily pay low $30k for a ‘15 Pro. So I think the insurance is probably pretty close.

 

I just rolled over 65k.
And yah, I believe the supercharger was just under $5k from Toyota.

This is an insurance question, not a for sale question, brother! I just want to be able to get me another '15 Pro supercharged (if I can find one) if something ever happened to mine. I ain't going nowhere!

OMG, don't you worry. I won't be going the Raptor route. Or even the new TRX route. But 702hp sounds pretty interesting....

 

Dude I just saw the trailer today too. Finally a more worthy opponent to the Raptor. Supposedly optional beadlocks too?! It didn’t sound completely legit but it appears to be

 

Yeah it looks way legit! The exhaust note alone on the Hellcat motor vs Raptor V6 is gonna win plenty of big-truck guys over.

 

I'm not a full-size truck guy, but, damn, 702 hp is tempting!
