I'd really recommend pulling up some subfloor and getting eyes on what the issue is before using self leveler.

3/4" in 3' is quite a bit, and stuff doesn't sag for no reason. The added weight of the self leveler may only make the issue worse, and then you'll have to break it all up and haul it back out if you need to get under it.

Source: my kitchen was way out of level, and no access to see what was causing it below. It sucked having to rip it up but I'm glad I did, had a rotten sill. Would've sucked to put down 400sqft of hardwoods to only end up ripping it out a couple years later when it failed.

if i rip it up im stuck unless theres other options im not seeing which im all ears for.

theres nothing to support the subfloor on the bathroom side of the wall since the joist is on the other side of the wall. the walls are built on top of the subfloor as well. i feel like i would have to build a new wall correctly on the joist to permanently fix it.

a bag of SLC shouldnt be too drastic weight (at least that was my thinking), its not a bathroom we will use often at this point in time

Ok so the joists are running parallel to the wall on the right, is the 3/4" a consistent slope away from the toilet or is it level until you get to that joist on the right and then drops to the wall?

its consistent drop from the vanity to the wall. so i guess that means the joists from there are sagging a little as well (probably because its a vaulted ceiling underneath). but i cant figure out for the life of me how to fix it without removing the wall to get on top the other supporting joist. even if i accessed it from the bottom the best i could do is tie them together the best i could right but that wouldnt fix the sag at all?

worst case scenario is its only ~32sqft of flooring in the bathroom. not the end of the world if i have to tear it up down the road

red is where it drops from. green are the rest of the joists in the area.

Edit: nix the slc. Didnt realize how much it was going to take. Might try to step hardiboard and try to feather out from there

My next self propelled will be a 33” Cub Cadet. My neighbor had one and abused the crap out of it, always left it out in the rain, and it always fired up and ran/cut great.

If that sag is on your red line I would be willing to be that joist isn't headed out properly. It runs almost dead center to the toilet waste line. I bet they just cut a giant notch in it. That leaves very little of the floor joist left to carry that load. In time it will sag or break. Then the only thing holding it up is the nailing through the subfloor to that joist.

Does it start to slope back up towards the wall behind the toilet?

Is it lower the closer you get to toilet? Or about the same all the distance?

I probably should have switched colors

The red is good. Slopes down as you get closer to the wall (green).

That's actually better. Fixing shitty headouts is a PIA. It could just be shitty framing. Check it a few ways.

Put a level in the hallway does that hallway have the same slope as the bathroom?

Measure from the subfloor to the top of the bath tub on both sides and the middle. Are those numbers the same?

Hallway has the same slope but since its the direction of traffic it isnt as noticeable to me. The bathroom is more so because of standing at the vanity

    14in, 14in, 13 5/8 (drain side)

Pretty much. It was bad. I’m trying to get the grass to overtake but a 1/4ac lot requires ALOT of weed and feed and seed.

I enjoy it. But that little mower and a large lot it’s terrible in 90*+humidity. It was fine for my first house where the single story took up a lot of the 8000sf lot. My NV house was a literal postage stamp and a tank of gas lasted me most of summer.
