    A thing or two...
The second gen version uses the factory screws that attach the bed rails. You slap some foam tape on the underside to keep them from rubbing on the paint, and compress the foam to line them up with the factory bolt holes.

I just drew this up (to scale) to see if I could get it to nest on my sheet. Doesn’t show the internal support I would’ve added.

    Cool.

What are you thoughts for internal support. The same Side panels, inside? Single or double? Thought of using tube?

I would’ve made an X in the front cube. On the ramp, probably just add some angle iron to act as a spine so it doesn’t deflect.

It would be easier to make one of these out of angle iron, or a mix of both but was going to see if I could make one with what I had on hand. Since I can’t model it in cad and see it’s strength, I would just overbuild it so I know it would support the truck with no drama.

Last thing you want is drama when dealing with ramps or floor jacks!

Does anyone know any triathletes who would be interested in a size 58 Cannondale Slice? I have been trying to sell it for even $250 for almost a year and nobody bites. My fat ass can't ride it and there's no room in the Uhaul so at this point I'll take it going to a good home where it'll get used.
