Looking to get people’s opinions who have done this. Wanting to run a single 13tw5 and have an amp rack extend off the side most dimensions I’ve found are either 2nd gen or they go higher than I want to. Want to stay clear of the bracket hump on the floor and below the window motor etc

Some make a notch on the bottom to allow the seat bracket to pass through. You can also make recess cutouts on the back of the enclosure for the mounting points, Child seat tethers/ etc

FedEx is delivering that trim panel this afternoon, and I will be measuring it for my own needs. I'll do my best to give you numbers once I have them.

Edit: Did you mean the dimensions inside the trim panel's cubby, or the usable dimensions behind the seat with no panel installed? I might have jumped the gun on replying.

If you look at MR. Marv's boxes.. there is a void for the bracket. He also makes the enclosures out of birch wood, not MDF. Some models have a mount space on the other depending if you plan to run one sub or 2. You almost always wind up removing the storage cubbies in order to make things fit.. Sometimes also require removing the back panel of the seat back and using spacers to pick up precious millimeters of room.

His builds are model and year specific as well.. A real top notch guy..

That’s on the drivers side it looks like. I’m looking for the widest possible that fits just before that bracket on the passenger side.

I can measure my box.. 2020 TRD off road double cab.. but I removed the mounting brackets for the bin to pick up some additional space.. Even with that I had to go with spacers on the back of the rear seat .

If you wouldn’t mind, that would be very helpful.

Here are some of the differences.. I didn't take the box out completely.. So I can't compare the 4 1/8 measurement you have. I have also included some of another enclosure that was pretty similar.
