Replica? You get what u pay for. QC isn’t there that y it’s cheaper. Just hope seller will do the right thing. Kinda mess up u gotta pay extra for it to work if description says it fits.

Have you tried spitting on it?
Usually works for me, slides right on in.
    Especially in a 106mm hole.

Y u need tape measure. Your hub is that size. if it don’t fit then it’s not the right size. BUT Sometimes the aftermarket rims have paint in the center hub area if it’s close u might take some sand paper and sand it down to make it fit

Ya I thought I was getting oem wheels. Honestly I tried tire rack, discount tire, and a few others but they really didn't have anything but wheels that stick out about 1 and half inches. At least not under $200 price range.

Definitely try cleaning the hubs and mic it first. If you want to keep the wheels and it's not far off machine it or you can even use a lot of patience and sanding wheels on a grinder.

When I was in high school I had a 94 S-10 and I bought a factory set of wheels and tires off of a new 96 S-10 and had the same thing happen on the front. Even after cleaning the hubs the wheels wouldn't fit! It was close and a few sanding wheels fixed it (I was young and used what ol Dad had).

A replica of a replica? Lol!

I’d honestly try to get my money back for wheels made in China, let alone wheels “MADE BY CHINA”

If you’re going to proceed with putting’em on, get sanitizing lol

Clean up the hubs with a little bit of emery cloth and some oil. Should be able to make them fit.

A tape is not going to be precise enough. I suspect, if they are poorly made, that the bore may be out of spec a few thousandths. Like .002-.003". A tape is going to only tell you if the bore is a completely different size, which would be obvious when trying to install them. Besides, you can convert from inches to metric, so a metric tape isn't necessary anyway.

You will need a ID mic or at the least, a descent caliper to measure down to the thousandths.

A machine shop should be able to measure that for you in a couple minutes. I'd bring at least two of the wheels if not all, to see if they vary.

    ^^^ This.

I’m a machinist, tape measures are great but not for measuring wheel center bores

Try sanding the hub, could just need a bit of sanding. The rust, and the elements of the weather and etc. My spacers didn’t fit at first but after a quick pass with the wire brush, all was good.

Not that I don't believe ya, because I do...but I don't think I'd trust a router to leave a bore round and concentric. If someone's done it, they're a better man than I.

I am heading to a machine shop now. I am going to have him take a look. I am bringing my sand blaster. Plan is to clean up hubs and have him take some measurements from wheel. Its so close.
