Real estate update!

It went live on the MLS after noon on the 20th, and had a few showings the next day.

We're being told 1 offer is being worked on right now and 2 others are considering.

Bring on the cash offers!!!

 

I know that being tied down feeling, we dont have anyone to care for the animals so we're not going anywhere for vacation this year. The dogs a pain in the ass and now we have a cat too. I dunno what I was thinking getting a German shepherd, it's like having a two year old again...I love him but he definitely adds chaos and stress to my life and we can't go anywhere with him cause hes a spaz. High anxiety, barks at other dogs and chases cats. Ugh. I will probably have to pay for some expensive training to get him tolerable.

yep. they are definitely high on the list of dogs which require lots of work. Ours is similar, but she's getting much better. We do lots of training but she has her own agenda going on and you can tell.

When I was 12 or 13 my girlfriend and I went to the state fair together. After a few rides and a super hot day she hurled her guts up in a very colorful combination. Peaches, pickles and strawberries....it became our song for the day.
