I have a 2019 DCSB Sport. I have the N2 remote start system, and push button ignition. Everything has worked flawlessly up until 5 mins ago. I did some running around this morning and had no issues. I was trying to go get some lunch and my truck won't start.

I get in, everything works, push brake pedal hit start button, no start, radio lights and all accessories work fine.

I can turn off the truck and remote start with the key fob, truck starts fine. I went through the troubleshooting in the manual, still no go..

    Any ideas??

Try holding remote against the start button.

Thanks for calling tech support. Have you turn it off then back on?

disconnect the battery from the truck for 15 min and then reconnect. See if that helps.

You can remote start it but the button is not working? Seems like the push button is broken. Have you installed any mods to the button or removed it?

Check the fuse for the button. I think it's a 7.5. I also think if your remote battery is dead the button won't work. I'd replace that first.

If the fob battery dies, place the key against the start button. It works as a back up.

Unplug it, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in.

So, I removed the N2 remote start module and it works.

Hmm, N2 has flawless CS. I'd give them a shout.

I'll reach out to them. Although, I found that I didn't use the remote starter as much as I thought I would. And at this point I'd hate to replace it and get stranded somewhere I don't have the tools to remove it again. A wise man, (GWB) once said "Fool me once, shame on you..fool me twice.... you're not gonna fool me again".

The chances of a new module doing the same thing is so slim I would see if they will replace the module. To just pull it all out is foolish. Unless you need to pay for it then I get it.

I'm going to reach out to them. I understand the chances of getting a bum module twice is slim. And I guess carrying a Phillips screwdriver and a 10mm driver isn't too much to ask, but a headache is a headache.
