Apparently so. He's a hard luck dude who has had a lot of accidents.

Cleyton Gomes da Silva, 39, was sat drinking a beer and minding his own business at a roadside pub in Goiânia, central west Brazil, when the wheel suddenly came hurtling towards him.
The CCTV footage of the incident shows the headlights of the car coming down the road, while da Silva - who already had a leg injury - is sat chatting to colleagues.
The vehicle reportedly made a screeching noise as sparks began to fly off it when metal scraped along the tarmac.
Its front wheel then shot off with part of a broken axle attached, and because of the car's speed, the tyre came racing directly towards the people at the bar - including da Silva, who was in the line of fire.
The incident happened on 1 August at 10.42pm, but security camera footage was only released on Wednesday 14 August.

One of da Silva's companions, who is wearing a white cap in the clip, could see the rogue tyre careering down the pavement, but as it all happened so fast, all he was able to do was recoil in shock as it struck his friend.
While da Silva thankfully managed to make it out of the freak accident alive, he was left with head injuries and liver damage as a result of the collision. He was also apparently pretty dazed and disorientated - which is pretty understandable, given the circumstances.
"He was breathing and conscious," said an unnamed friend, who went to da Silva's aid and was the person who called the ambulance.
Da Silva was rushed to A&E, where doctors reported he had suffered non-life threatening head injuries and a bruised liver.
After undergoing a series of tests and examinations, he was released on 8 August.
It also transpired that da Silva has been involved in five car accidents in the last two years, and at the time of this crash was recovering from a leg injury caused by an incident the month before. Lucky, lucky dude.
The driver of the car has been identified, according to FocusOn News, but he has refused to make a comment and no details of the charges he might be facing have been released as police investigate the incident.

 

Don't think I'd describe him as a "lucky dude". Nope.

 

No lie. More of a hard luck Harry kind of guy. Recovering from one accident, then getting hit with a one in a million shot from a flying wheel.
