Has anyone converted/wired the side marker amber reflectors so they stay on as normal with the parking lights, but flash with the turn signals when the signals or hazard lights flash? May require changing the bulb socket to a dual filament and wiring in the turn signals to the second filament. Or is there a plug and play solution available somewhere?

There are no dual filament bulbs in that size. And if there were, you'd have a hard time getting a connector for it.
    But, you could do this:

C11 is the connector to the turn stalk of the steering wheel.

You are the MASTER when it comes to wiring! Looks like alot of rewiring. I was hoping there was a solution where I could just tap off of the wires by the headlamps since everything should be already there. Would I be able to use this and wire it in somehow?

    https://www.theretrofitsource.com/morimoto-xchange-switchback-drivers-H-XCHANGE?quantity=1

I found some 194 bulbs that are switchback, but you would have to reverse polarity to change color. I guess my goal would be for the parking light to stay on while at night, then if I use the turn signal, the parking light would shut off and the signal would flash. Then parking light back on when turn signal is off.

Might not need a switch back, just the ability to do the above with the same bulb.

I am thinking of something like this:
    54DF16CD-DBA2-4522-A8A9-70233E7F9C39.jpg

Wiring the parking light signal to the switched power, the turn signal power to the indicator power on the left side, then wiring both right sides to the single bulb or switch back but dont know how to wire it to just use the single bulb or to reverse the polarity to use a switchback

This is to attach the gadget to the vehicle harness after it is disconnected to the side marker.

    upload_2020-8-22_18-38-3.jpg
This is what gets connected to the side marker.

This relay controls the marker to behave as a turn signal (tan wire) or marker (purple wire). When all off, and unlock/lock is selected, markers flash.
When vehicle is ON, turn signal has priority.
When Parking/Tail is selected, they behave as marker.
    upload_2020-8-22_19-17-0.jpg
If TURN is selected the second Relay cuts feed from Parking/Tail circuit, allowing marker to Blink via the TURN tap.

The markers will not flash when vehicle is ON and hazards are selected. They will if vehicle is OFF.

18/2 wire into the cab for turn select of the added relays.

I swear, if someone asked "I wonder if I could build a nuclear powered Tacoma" caribe makaira would drop a full set of blue prints in 3 minutes for a reactor :)

OP, you could install a motorcycle illumination module. It gets inputs from Stop, Tail, Turn to one bulb. Don't use the Stop input. It needs 7.5 fuse to work.
