Ok so here you go @Brian422 . Like I mentioned in the coppinger cove thread it looks like it was missing a big washer of sorts on the underside. Now if this P/N has the washer built in I have no clue. I thought it strange for them to not have a failsafe catch of some sort in case of bushing failure so this wouldn't happen because it could potentially be extremely dangerous locking a wheel up or something.

Your pic doesn't seem to have a metal washer mine does.

Here is the part I think is supposed to be the metal washer to prevent this it's called a lower mount stopper

It should have a metal cup shaped like the bottom of the bushing, between the bushing and the bolt head, to prevent it from pulling through.

Yeah you're missing those cups I posted. I posted a link to a parts place you can buy them or search for them and maybe find them cheaper but you need them too!

Should have a metal cap on the top and bottom bushings, does it have one on the top?

Yeah I hate those diagrams. I used to work as a tech for Chevy and there were some jobs me and the parts guy would go back and forth to the vehicle trying to figure out WTF part was needed. Sometimes the naming of the parts or if they were built into another part etc weren't clear and the pictures are garbage. I wish they had actual photos of the parts not just some kindergartner drawn pic that makes it hard to tell what things are for these diagrams.

Idk what you mean by metal cap but it does have some sort of metal piece as you can see it still attached in that pic.

Yea I was missing that. So that was the issue. Also it looks like that bushing was captured inside the mount so I have to buy another mount as well. I need a go fund me at this point.
