    Got a pork butt going on the grill tomorrow. First one I’ve done on the egg. The problem with the egg is keeping the fire going long enough, it will only go about 5 hours on lump charcoal and doesn’t like wood. Maybe I’ll wrap it and get it in the oven to finish it.
