New member, long time Tacoma owner, and fan.

I just bought my second Tacoma: It's a used, but not abused 2010 access cab with a 2.7 and a man pedal. My previous one was a 2000 that I ran the snot out of for 270,000 miles between 1999 and 2010.

I've installed a hitch, a double din Pioneer head unit w/factory style backup camera, and a toolbox. I may put some better looking wheels on it when these tires wear out (they were new when I bought it). Other than that, I'm going to leave it bone stock.

This truck belonged to a friend of mine's dad who passed away almost 2 years ago. It sat for the most part, and only got a few hundred miles on it during that time. We made a square deal for it, and that's how I ended up with it.

We run Tacomas in our fleet at work, and have 14 trucks that are a mix of gen 2's and 3's which get a lot of miles put on them (our sales reps do 50k/year plus). These are really well, built and well engineered little trucks, although I'm still on the fence with the 3rd gens. Time will tell
