Nice! Oh man i miss home brewing.. It's been just over 3 years since I have. Just kinda lost interest I guess one I started doing it professionally, which sucks because I still have a TON of gear. Maybe this fall I'll get it going again.

Absolutely not. Base model 250's come with 245's and some of the heavier trucks used to come with even narrower tires. You could go much narrower than 255's on a 150 and be just fine, you just have to make sure the wheel isn't too wide for the tire if you go too narrow on a wheel that's intended for a super wide tire. I bet you could go as narrow as 235's on your 150 and be just fine if you wanted to.
Quarantine gave me the kick in the ass to finally start it. My BIL gave me the basic gear years back and I never started it up, always seemed like a daunting task and one I didn't have time for. COVID hit, found myself with a lot more time and home so I figured why not. First batch came out good (thankfully because otherwise I would have likely just given it up then and there) and I got the bug to keep going and trying new things. This will be my 2nd beer but 4th brewing attempt overall since I tried a couple cider batches in there also.

Toasted, almost looks like some kind of dielectric corrosion.

That's awesome, keep at it! I started in 2011 and was hooked immediately, constantly upgrading and building new equipment. I brewed A LOT, read everything I could, learned a ton.. Two of the biggest things I learned were, making good beer is actually easy, and minimize o2 exposure post fermentation (oxygen is the easiest way to ruin otherwise good beer).

I'll definitely keep at it. I'm really intrigued about ciders and can see myself continuing to make maybe a batch or 2 of beer a year (5 gallon batch) but constantly experimenting with smaller batches of cider (1 gallon at a time)

Also, my NFab bar started showing some light rust at the welds so I decided to wire wheel it and paint it white to match the truck and Rob’s @mach1man001 favorite vehicle color

Don’t mind the mess, I had to shove a bunch of shit out of the way quick to get this inside when the storms rolled through. Just needs a clear coat.

BTW the reason they call it Marzen is because it's the last beer brewed before the summer heat starts to spoil fermenting...So the MARCH beer is the one that's finally ready to drink once september rolls around...
    It's all here :)

‘Nope. They’re a great width for snow. I used to run 255/85’s on my 96 Cummins without issue.

Finally home after 12hrs of road tripping around Massholia..
Went out to Shelburne falls, and the stupid bridge of flowers was closed 'cause covid...and you can no longer go down to the river to see the glacial potholes like "when I was a kid...." It's all locked up.
We went to Chapel Brook in Ashfield Ma. You can slide on the rocks in the river...Did that.

BTW it was just a tad chilly...and every pool had fish trapped in it....
Got some great noodles in Northampton...and a Gyoza appetizer.

3 Red Chilies for my seafood Nava noodles. Great heat. Lots of noodles and seafood. Fish balls..Shrimp...fish...good stuff. We ate outside on outdoor seats on the street. First time sitting down out to eat for me since February...The best part is when your dog is an angel and just lays at your feet because she's so tired from all the walking.

    Home now...beer time...

Awesome, I think I'm going to go in that direction. Thanks for the feedback!

My OEM tires are 275/55R20 with a load of 2535 lbs and weight of 41 lbs. I'm debating between Blizzaks and Nokians, but Blizzak DM-V2 255/70R18 are 2489 lb load and 41 lb weight.

Only thing that makes me lean toward the Blizzaks is I can get them through my friend's father's parts department and he'll get them for me at cost. He can't get Nokians and I think there are only two dealers for them in the entire county.
