Mine had mud flaps and dealer installed alarm and paint protection only. I negotiated off the alarm and paint protection, paid only for mudflaps.

My opinion, you're really only paying for the name with the TRD Pro. Outside of the suspension upgrade, pretty much everything else is cosmetic and available on the Off Road. Of all the things you mentioned you wanted, my TRD Off Road is only missing the factory LEDs (I upgraded later) and leather seats. Plus, with all that said, a TRD Off Road is far more economical to upgrade. Not to mention I didn't want leather seats. Yes, they look cool, but given that I actually use my truck for play, I was too afraid of scratching them and also, what would be the point in having them if I just covered them up?

The added items may not have any value to you, but it is inaccurate to say that there are not a lot of upgrades in a Pro. You only need to browse this forum for a month to see threads like:
    - adding a Pro grille
    - adding Pro fogs
    - Hood swapping thread
    - adding Pro shift knob
    - adding Classio leather seat covers
    - Where can I get Pro graphics
    - Pro wheel reps
    - adding a home link mirror
    - looking for Pro Fox shock takeoffs
    - want to level my truck

    etc.

I put down a $500 deposit and specifically told them I did not want any steps, paint protection, or mud flaps. Got it delivered exactly as requested from Gulf States.

As stated, most of the Pro "upgrades" are cosmetic and often available on the TRD Off Road. Outside of the suspension, there isn't really anything that sets it apart performance/capability wise. Especially if you are going to just upgrade it later.

The price diff between my offroad and a pro was almost 10k. Just sayin, I have leather, premium tech, added bed lights and locks. Just no led package. I can buy a lot of suspension and lighting for 10k lol. Not to mention huh can’t get the pro in a long box.
