Once I realized I had to chop up my gauge cluster bezel, it was over. I was like.....alright screw it I guess I have to drill holes and trim off more than what I really want...it came out nice for me thought after putting alot of hours and thought into the install.

What is the 2TPAM made of? I’m wondering if I can install an analog compass in the front face. That won’t work too well if it’s steel.

Also, what’s the height of the front face? I might be able to direct-mount a RAM QuickGrip phone holder if there’s enough space.

Damn, looks like an analog compass is out of the question. What’s the height of the front-facing panel?

Just got an email from Jeff at Expedition Essentials. He said it’s made of aluminum. Can anyone else chime in to verify?

Are you just asking for the top to bottom of the front of the main central part?

    My man. Thanks!

I’m hoping I can bolt my existing RAM QuickGrip directly to the 2TPAM once I drill a couple extra holes. This arm setup I have is unobtrusive, but I’m gonna end up ripping the adhesive base off the dash.
