    My only competition is myself if I just do a mile it’s a win. I just need to make in consistent and non-negotiable with myself.

    Nice, I always do a min .25 warm up walk, then at least .50 cool down. Your right best part is at when it's over.

    It’s okay. I mostly like the competitive part of it. It let’s you see how many miles your friends have run. I’m sure most apps do the same thing but I have a few friends using this one

    Yeah run keeper is the same. I do as lot on my treadmill too. It's boring but helps since I can't get outside often enough for cooler weather or light out.
