I’ve never had an issue with any of my plastic skylights on any tents. And if you do.. I’m sure it’ll be warranty as long as it’s within the first year or two.

    and yes. Anti condensation.

    NICE

The owner is actually going to send out bungee cords to all the owners per my recommendation. This way you can choose which way you want to go.

Just arrived. Won’t have time to open until later today but stoked it’s finally here.

Sorry I’ve been MIA. We just got back home from a family camping trip over the weekend and didn’t get to take my warrior with me. :( I had to work Friday morning and we left to our campsite right that same afternoon. I did try to quickly install on my voodoo rack and noticed the mounting brackets do not fit my thick voodoo bars. Should I use 1 bolt per corner and go thru the voodoo bars or try and get longer bolts?

Yes, Alex got hold of me regarding my broken latch. He’s shipping out a replacement. My son got his finger slashed open by one of the metal shavings. I’ll have to shave that stuff off to prevent more snags. And my arrows are also in the wrong orientation.

Oh sheesh man sorry about not getting to use the warrior. Hope y’all had a good time though.

And I’m going to be in the same shape as you with my voo doo rack too. You’re saying the top bars don’t have same orientation as the mounting brackets? Good luck man I’ll be taking your lead on this until I can get my box opened. FYI...I’ve got the 10” max modular rack by voo doo. And you?

Yeah man, we still had a great time camping. I figured to take my time to mount it than rush it and have the damn thing fall off while on the freeway! I also have a 10” voodoo rack. So I’ll let you know how I mount mine up. I remember reading people with voodoo racks mounting them straight thru the bars. Gonna have to research it again. I should have it mounted by tonight!

Excellent and thank you. No camping for us this weekend but great times at the lake. My little family and son's friends out at lake Buchanan yesterday escaping the heat. Camping trip for all of us real soon but me and my son will probably end up in the ground tent while the girls get the new tent. :) But me and my son are Big Bend and New Mexico bound in the not too distant future. Have a good one.

    Also.
Mine barely fit. But you can use 1 bolt, try flipping the mount around

I could use a 1 or 2” longer bolt. Threads just touch the angle iron. Where can we get our hands on set of longer bolts? Haven't gotten tent open yet but everything is looking great so far. And add me to the bungee cord list if you don't mind. And to be quite honest, I assumed I'd be mounting the tent to my top bars not the side bars. If I end up keeping this attached to the rack, I may end us securing further by attaching tent to top bars too by using t-slot nuts. Overkill?

Steps 3 and 7 from the tent rail install pdf may be helpful for you (the pdf is attached).

"3. Depending on how you want to mount the crossbars, remove either the center 4 plugs for horizontal mounting or the four outside plugs for vertical mounting. Vertical mounting is most common, and you can also utilize all 8 mounting holes for extra support."
"7. If you would like to utilize the 4 center holes for additional support, you can install the bars via the 4 holes you just drilled, and start to drill a hole on the bar while it is installed. Remove the bar and finish drilling the hole. Try your best to file down the hole on the outside."
